The point of having a senior consultant on it is judgement.
Twenty years means we know which mill to send the cashmere brief to, which factory will hit the lead time, which sample maker handles complex pattern work.
Production is sourced around the product. We find the right maker for each piece — UK or abroad — agree the terms, and manage them through sampling, production and delivery. We have no factory of our own, which means the choice is only ever about what’s right for the garment.

A first collection usually runs six to twelve months, concept to ready-to-sell. Technical and performance pieces take longer. Repeat seasons for established brands move faster.
