Concept to Production.

Concept to production is the full journey — a brand or a product taken from a first idea all the way to a finished collection ready to ship. It’s the whole of what we do, and the reason brands bring us in early.

We start at concept: the idea, the brand direction, what the thing actually is. Then design, then development: tech packs, sampling, fittings and grading, sourcing the right mills and makers, and through to production and delivery.

The value of running it concept to production under one senior eye is that nothing falls between the gaps. The person who set the brief is the same one checking the bulk, so decisions made early hold all the way through.

We’ve taken brands the whole way: Kozha and Casa Marane built from the ground up, NADIA GIO from brief to launch, LUCA from Initial concept idea across five seasons. Different brands, same path — idea to rail.

We have no factory of our own, so production is sourced around the product, never the other way round. The right maker for each piece, UK or abroad.

Concept to production work usually starts with a Studio Session. Available by enquiry.
