The Studio Subscription is for those founders. One scheduled hour of my time each month, plus email access for quick questions in between. Senior product direction, on a regular line.

- One scheduled hour per month. Call, video, or in person at Cocoa Studios. Use it however you want — review a tech pack, walk through a sourcing decision, work through a quality issue.

- Email access for quick questions between sessions. Capped at five email threads per month so each one gets proper attention.

- A live working folder. Dropbox or Google Drive — your tech packs, notes, and reference material in one place so we both know where we left off.

- Priority routing. If something urgent comes up between sessions, you move to the front of the queue.

Founders who:

- Have launched, or are weeks away from launching

- Are running their own product day to day

- Need a senior brain to sense-check decisions

- Want consistency, not piecework

- Not full design or development work. If you need someone to draw a collection, build patterns, or run sampling, that's Project Work or Full Service.

- Not unlimited access. The cap is the cap — five email threads, one scheduled hour. Honoured both ways.

- Not a back-door discount to full service. The subscription is its own thing. If a project brief comes up, the subscription ends for the duration of the project and can be restarted afterwards if you want it.

Paid monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. I cap the subscription at eight founders so each one gets proper attention.
