Product development is the work between a good idea and a finished piece that’s ready to sell. It’s where most brands come unstuck, and it’s the part we do best.

We develop product across the categories we work in — clothing, footwear, leather goods and accessories — taking a concept through tech packs, sampling, fittings and grading, sourcing the right materials and makers, and into production.

The point of a senior eye on development is judgement. Twenty years means we know which mill to send the cashmere brief to, which factory will hold the lead time, which sample maker can handle complex pattern work, and where a small decision early saves a costly one later.

We’ve done it across the board: cyclewear for LUCA, swim and resort for Casa Marané, leather for Kozha, footwear for BRÓG. Same discipline, different category.

Production is sourced around the product — the right maker for each piece, UK or abroad — never forced through one factory of our own. The only question is what’s right for the garment.
